Filling Gaps in HCM Project Teams

A multi-billion-dollar financial institution was in the process of transforming their HCM infrastructure.  They had the platform, Workday, and they had their certified partner, but they still found themselves facing pain points when it came to specific project roles.

Solution

TekSpark team members filled multiple project roles in various phases.  Post go-live, our team oversaw a call center supporting 5,000 employees while helping the client design a long-term support strategy.  We led training and documentation efforts, and we helped the client transition critical legacy reports into their new system.
